Magnetic wire recorder built by W7KHC. The basic mechanical and head assembly was probably the first audio magnetic recording hardware sold as a consumer item. It was supplied with a schematic of the amplifier and monitoring circuits needed to build the complete system. The quality was surprisingly good. If the magnetic recording wire broke or needed splicing, a simple square knot did the trick.
