The new Keesler AAF ARC. I didn't realize how lacking the cosmetic qualities of the building were at the time, probably because we were used to seeing so many other damaged and paint peeled buildings caused by the hurricane. It may have been a blessing in disguise that made the building easier to be released for amateur radio service.
